Baguio Queen Deja was crowned the "Drag Supreme" of Drag Den Philippines: Season 2 by host and "Drag Lord" Manila Luzon during the show's finale on Thursday, March 7th.
Deja battled through a series of challenges, showcasing her talent and resilience as she faced her fellow queens in runway showcases and lip-sync showdowns. Taking over the reign from Naia, Deja's victory represents another milestone for the LGBTQ+ community in the Philippines. In the competition, Mrs. Tan was the runner-up, while Moi came in third place.
In a powerful message, Deja shared on social media, "For many of us LGBTQ+, drag is about survival. We won't stop fighting against those who judge us. #DragIsNotACrime."
Congratulations to Deja! We can't wait to see your flourishing reign inspire and empower the community.
