Maybe you have seen her as the terror prof in a taupe blazer, a typical Filipino mom in her stripe dress, or even as a manananggal waiting on the roof for the midnight sale—Charlize Ruth Reyes, or most commonly known as Charuth on TikTok, has probably lived in multiple multiverses in her past life with her funny and relatable POV skits. And now, this 23-year-old content creator and actress is down for a new role: a cafe owner!
On November 19, Charuth proudly shared some snaps from the ribbon-biting ceremony of her very own franchise of Pedal Cafe in Pasig City.
“...at dahil tinutuligsa na ang pag-aaral sa coffee shop, nagtayo na lang ako ng sarili ko. welcome kayo dito kahit isama niyo pa teacher niyo!” Charuth captioned on her Instagram post.
The coffee shop is located at 4/F, Estancia East Wing, Capitol Commons, and is open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM.
Fellow content creators Esnyr Ranollo, Pamela Swing, Rei Germar, Roce Ordonez, Jan Angelo, and Bebu expressed their heartfelt congratulations on Charuth’s new business venture.
Aside from producing content for her 2.9 million followers on TikTok, Charuth will also be showcasing her acting chops on TV as she joins the cast of GMA’s upcoming Filipino adaptation of the Korean drama series, Shining Inheritance.
