Jervi Li, also known as KaladKaren, keeps making history, as she served as the first transgender Star Patroller in TV Patrol.
In an Instagram post, KaladKaren spills her gratitude as it was a dream come true for her to step on the set of one of the longest running news show in the country. In Monday’s TV Patrol episode, KaladKaren relays the news about pageant queens Cindy Obenita and Meiji Cruz's engagement along with Maja Salvador's bridal shower with a large entourage of family, and celebrity friends like Kathryn Bernardo, Maine Mendoza, Miles Ocampo, Kakay Bautista, and Pooh were among the celebrities who attended the event.

KaladKaren also recently won the Best Actress in a Supporting Role award for her performance in the comedy-drama film "Here Comes the Groom." at the Metro Manila Film Festival 2023. The film co-stars Enchong Dee, Maris Racal, Keempee de Leon, and Eugene Domingo.
She dedicated her win to the LGBT community, in which she has been an activist advocating for gender equality and acceptance in the Philippines, making efforts to further social progress through her work off-screen.
