Since Lil Nas X dropped his new single, Industry Baby featuring Jack Harlow and I haven’t stop thinking about it since.
Following his chart-topping track, Montero (Call Me by Your Name), the new banger is visual perfection as it is based on a story by Lil Nas X and directed by Christian Breslauer. The video follows a loose theme slightly as Nas escapes from prison, although he seems to be having so much fun.
The music video started with Lil Nas X being sentenced to a Montero State Prison, taking reference to his Satan shoe controversy. Along with the “Prison Break” themes music video, He started flexing his Grammys and had a jailhouse twerking party while naked in the shower. And as if all the visuals are not yet enough, Aquaman himself, Jason Momoa made a cameo flexing his muscles on the gym!
While the clip is intentionally provocative and sexual in all its right, Nas takes prison seriously that is why he is teaming up with the Bail Project to help end cash bail in the U.S.
on a serious note, i know the pain that incarceration brings to a family. and the disproportionate impact that cash bail has on the black community. that’s why i teamed up with @bailproject to create the Bail X Fund. let’s bring people home! 🤍 https://t.co/c6YOhNex7e

The song is the latest to be released from Nas’ forthcoming debut full-length album “Montero,” due “later this year” on Columbia Records.
