Infamous artist and designer Virgil Abloh of Off-White unveils his newest line of Off-White x Nike Dunks with a whopping number of 50 various designs in part of its “Dear Summer” collection.
Following its numbered collection, each different design of the Dear Summer pack comes assigned with their own numbers through “01/50” to “50/50” attached to its sole’s gum accent. Details of the backstory that inspired the shoe's design have yet to be revealed by Abloh himself; however, sneakerheads will be grateful to know that a description of it may come in the nearing months.

Though the silhouette of the shoe may follow the traditional Nike Dunk embodiment in the tones white and light grey (except for 01/50 and 50/50 which sport on a silver swoosh, with white quarter panels and midtoned yellow sole for the former & a black body with purple and magenta accents left for the latter), it is evident in its lace, tongue, sock-liner, zip tie, lot number and lateral swoosh underlay colors where each come in a different array of colors, according to SneakerNews.

Abloh followed, through what netizens have been calling “The 50,” after the sought-after collaboration of Abloh with “The 10” way back 2017: where he reconstructed ten silhouette of Nike’s shoes. This however contradicted the quote-unquote “leak” of Sneaker site PY_RATES™, in what they popularized as “The 20,” which even reached designer Virgil Abloh himself.
