The journey is over for Miss Grand International Philippines Samantha Bernardo. She failed to bring home the coveted crown but won first place during the pageant’s coronation night, Saturday, March 27, in Bangkok, Thailand.
Miss U.S.A. won the crown after making it into the final five with Brazil, Guatemala, the Philippines, and Indonesia.
Bernardo now joins the likes of Elizabeth Clenci and Nicole Cordoves, who finished second-runner up in 2017 and first runner-up in 2016, respectively, in Miss Grand International. The Philippines has yet to win the Miss Grand International title.
